Not all master’s programs are the same. Differences in cost, structure, support, and long-term impact can make a big impact on your decision. If you are a teacher who wants to step into leadership while staying true to your values and your career, this guide will help you compare your options clearly.

This free resource provides a side-by-side comparison of four online master’s programs, including Gracelyn University, WGU, SNHU, and Liberty. You will see how each program handles tuition, course pacing, mentorship, certification, and more.

The guide is designed to help you choose a program that fits your goals and equips you to create meaningful change in your classroom, school, or district.

  • Jeanettee Weaver says:

Joy can be found in the simplest of everyday things. From a child asking to be your ‘buddy’ as you walk down the hall with the class, to the ‘light’ going on, to a snack mix, to sitting with a favorite drink grading papers at a restaurant. I also liked the “remember how it ends”.

  • Kimberlee McCune says:

My big takeaway was practicing my top 10 Joy moments and taking time to do my dailys, monthlys, yearlys, and seasonal lists. I think that is important, and I really never thought of that. Thank you for this session.

  • Jake McCune says:

Finding Joy in the moment. Our Joy is knowing Christ has us. Making sure to have that reset moment.

  • Jennifer Jackson says:

Loved the daily, weekly, monthly, seasonally, and yearly “joy” planner life applications. I had never thought of it like that, but it makes sense and I am going to be more intentional. Also, I have looked forward to the Rise Up every Oct for the last three years. It is on my yearly “joy” planner! Thank you so much. I thank God for this wonderful support for teachers in the public schools. It is a lifeline for me! God bless CE>.

    • Jamie says:

This was my first year and I said out loud, “I am going to this conference EVERY year that God calls me to be an educator.” I was so moved, uplifted, and filled with joy to be able to put God first in my educational journey this weekend.

  • Ingrid says:

Great practical tips for having more joy throughout your day!

  • Courtney C says:

I love all the suggestions for categorizing joy lists! I already do lots of the activities that were mentioned. But the idea of journaling them into daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal, and yearly lists will help me to be intentional and purposeful. Thank you also for giving me ways to look for the joy in my job during a school year that is often stressful. So encouraging!

  • Mary Ellen McNeil says:

The journal was a great way to help us embrace joy in the lord based on our life experiences.

  • Michal Gondeiro says:

I really enjoyed the practical application of this session… the differentiated lists of Top 10 Joys and the Daily-Yearly outline… I even made sure to use my colorful marker pens!

  • Jennifer King says:

Thank you for sharing. This was so helpful to make the lists and think through ways to plan to spend time with God and be close to Him.

  • Sally Kaiser says:

Making the lists of tens (memory; teaching; parts of job) and scheduling times for daily, weekly, monthly, seasonally, and yearly to take time to do things I enjoy; Scriptures on joy and what having true joy means. Thank you!

  • Emily says:

Thank you so much! The reminder of how to maintain joy in all things is so needed. I love the list of things for each day, week, month, season, and year.

  • Michel Williams says:

What a great reminder for so much Joy already in me. Thank you Lord for the reminders !! to keep bringing back to my mind.
    This session filled my Cup!

  • Christy says:

Thank you for getting us started on a Joy Journal. I wasn’t quite prepared for making a whole journal, but now I plan on getting a notebook at Ross just for that.

  • Jenise says:

This was the best session! I love the idea of a joy journal and scheduled joy moments. I can’t wait to get started!

  • Tricia says:

Thank you for reminding me of some of the joyful moments (both personally and professionally) that have gotten swept to the corners of my mind. You helped end the summit with joy and happy thoughts. Thank you!

  • Heather E says:
