About Paula Phillips

Paula Phillips is a multi-talented inspiration, giver, creative force, and light in the world! A gifted author, songwriter, musician, speaker, producer, and nonprofit leader, she has dedicated her life to being of service and support to others. In 1992, she was threatened by a young teen during the Los Angeles Riots and was called to uplift kids of all ages on the Right Road in school and in life. She founded the beloved nonprofit Right Road Kids that same year, and has since worked with, inspired, and been of support to literally hundreds of thousands of kids, teachers, and classrooms across the country. 

A prolific writer, Paula authored the treasured children’s chapter book “The Bellows Bunch: Peter’s Talent Trouble” and pens a weekly email blog that inspires and enriches educators’ lives in all 50 states. Paula is also the host and producer of the acclaimed, top-rated “On the Right Road!” online radio show that provides inspiration and support for educators and parents around the globe. Additionally, her “Right Road Take 5!” and Right Road Kids Facebook Live videos are a further positivity-filled support system for teachers everywhere. On a personal note, Paula has a wonderful husband and is mom to an amazing teenage son. Her favorite pastime, after her 12+ hour joy-filled workdays, is to watch him play baseball.
