What teachers are saying:

Read feedback shared by fellow attendees on some of their favorite sessions last year!

I watched this session after an exhausting day with some kids who are really hurting. I loved the practical tips for how to help them, and I’m actually feeling somewhat inspired to try some of these!

Amy R. sharing about "Trauma-Sensitive Schools: Building an Environment that Supports Healing & Success" by Andrea Parson

Thank you for the Scriptures shared. Thank you for acknowledging that the darkness is real, and also for reminding us that God shines his light in and through us. He will light our path daily when we seek Him. I will try harder to find the moments of joy in my days. I want to be the person in Jeremiah 17:7-8.

Melissa G. shared about " Responding with Hope & the Love of Jesus" by Ashley Ogal

I loved the variety of questions posed and the depth of thought that they provoke. It is great to have a bank of questions to keep the conversations fresh, but still rich.

Farrah M. sharing about " Teaching Reading Comprehension with Any Text (Including Scripture)" by Laura Kebart

I would never have thought about teaching abroad. Very interesting information and a great way to spread the Gospel.

Kim sharing about "5 Questions to Ask Yourself When Considering Teaching Abroad" by TeachBeyond

Thank you so much for this session! It has challenged my thinking and scope!

Elaine F. speaking about "Insights for Educators on Race, Identity, the Gospel & Hope" by Jasmine Holmes

I love the fact of us being heirs and God using us to disperse what He wants to do in the world through our prayers!

Sheila B. takeaway from "The Forgotten Power of Intercessory Prayer" by Tyler Staton

Schedule by role, not responsibility - Invest in relationships - Tell your time where to go
Thank you so much for the session!!

Tricia sharing about "Prioritizing Your Time when There’s Not Enough to Go Around" by Sandra Battige

As a first year out-of-field teacher, I have STRUGGLED this year, but hearing the reminder that it is not my strength that will get me through, but God’s, it was so helpful.

Emma B. sharing about "Serving Jesus in Your Classroom Mission Field" by David Platt

Such good information to remind us of our purpose (reflecting God’s Goodness and pointing to Him) and to encourage. The three word: Surrender, Abide and Rest are good to consider as we seek. Thanks.

Tricia sharing about "Serving Jesus in Your Classroom Mission Field" with David Platt

Love others by listening….

Rachel M. Sharing her takeaway from "Responding to Controversial Issues with Compassion, Conviction, & Hope" by Sean McDowell

Special Thanks to our Summit Sponsors!
